Returns
We hope you love your Sela Ro Studios order!
If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories that have been worn or used.
Before returning an item, please email us at hello@sela-ro-studios.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Refund Information
